Michael Chait MD

Dr. Michael Chait is a fellowship-trained interventional pain specialist at Spine & Rehabilitation Medicine Associates. He specializes in minimally invasive, non-surgical treatments designed to identify and target the root source of pain, including epidural steroid injections for herniated discs, spinal stenosis and radiculopathy; nerve blocks for pain stemming from the spine, joints and peripheral nerves; and radiofrequency ablation for longer-lasting relief of chronic facet or sacroiliac joint pain. Dr. Chait earned his medical degree from the Technion Faculty of Medicine, completed his anesthesiology residency at Wayne State University and his Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Detroit Medical Center / Harper University Hospital, and is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He previously practiced in Michigan. Dr. Chait joins the practice's mission of bringing academic-level, compassionate rehabilitation medicine care to patients throughout Rockland and Bergen Counties.
