Samuel Rosenberg DO FAAPMR
Dr. Rosenberg is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician. Dr. Rosenberg specializes in conditions related to neurological injury, musculoskeletal conditions, and spine issues. His approach is a comprehensive evaluation, a personalized treatment plan, and tailored treatments. Dr. Rosenberg focuses on non-operative treatments and works to avoid surgery. Utilizing ultrasound guidance for advanced targeting of arthritic joints, tendons, and muscles a pinpoint treatment plan is enacted to help patients get relief in minutes. With a focus on reducing symptoms, all efforts are made to avoid more invasive procedures. Dr. Rosenberg completed medical school at Touro University College of Medicine in Henderson NV. After completing residency training at NYU Medical Center / Rusk Rehabilitation Institute in New York City he went on to serve as an attending physician at Columbia University Medical Center as the director of sub-acute rehabilitation services. In October of 2021, he established Spine & Rehabilitation Medicine Associates in Pomona NY.
Michael Chait MD
Dr. Michael Chait is a fellowship-trained interventional pain specialist at Spine & Rehabilitation Medicine Associates. He specializes in minimally invasive, non-surgical treatments designed to identify and target the root source of pain, including epidural steroid injections for herniated discs, spinal stenosis and radiculopathy; nerve blocks for pain stemming from the spine, joints and peripheral nerves; and radiofrequency ablation for longer-lasting relief of chronic facet or sacroiliac joint pain. Dr. Chait earned his medical degree from the Technion Faculty of Medicine, completed his anesthesiology residency at Wayne State University and his Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Detroit Medical Center / Harper University Hospital, and is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He previously practiced in Michigan. Dr. Chait joins the practice's mission of bringing academic-level, compassionate rehabilitation medicine care to patients throughout Rockland and Bergen Counties.
